Hate crime reporting in 2013 – ODIHR, OSCE.
The information ODIHR gathers is provided by governments, non-governmental organizations (NGOs) and international organizations. The data demonstrate clearly that hate crimes remained a pervasive and important challenge in 2013.
Thirty-six participating States submitted information to ODIHR for 2013. Information from 109 NGOs covers incidents for 45 countries.
